• We will inform you of what we are doing
• You have the right to the truth, even when we mess up, and from time to time we do
• You have the right to monthly status reports to ensure we are earning our keep
• You have the right to speak with someone knowledgeable when you have a problem. We may not pick up on the first ring, but we will answer your questions. If we don't know the answer we will find out the answer and get back to you. No runaround!
